What does Somatic Energy Therapy look like at Sikara Healing?

I have developed a technique that helps repattern your thinking by clearing negative past experiences or future fears. I call it Narrative Touch Therapy. After gentle sound and hands-on healing are applied to relax your nervous system, I guide you to recount past stories that hold you captive. During the recounting of these stories, I continue to use sound and hands-on healing to help you to release those emotions trapped in your body. Alternatively, I can guide you to visually describe future fears, then replace those fears with positive stories that you create, while the hands on healing encourages the belief these stories are possible.

I have a variety of breathing techniques developed by Master Qigong teacher, Mantak Chai, that I can teach you. They are meant to calm your body, balance your Qi / Ki / Universal Life Force /Prana and also, help massage your inner organs. Who doesn’t like a good small intestine massage?
